Before starting his personal training journey, Guilermo did not pay attention to his diet and he never went to the gym. His starting weight was 53 kg, with his goal to gain weight it was important that he get used to a decent eating schedule with a fitting meal plan.
For the first two months, Guilermo followed a full body training plan where he followed personal training twice a week. After this he switched to personal training three times a week, because he started to see the progression and wanted to grow even faster! The focus was mainly on performing the exercises correctly and building weight slowly. And the results are great!

WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO JOIN THE VIKING'S GYM?

After I had an accident and had to spend some time in the hospital, I had lost quite a few kilos and I wanted to do something about this. I also had less strength left in my muscles that I used to suffer from in daily life and I wanted to improve this. A friend invited me to come and work out at the Viking’s Gym, this was a big step for me because of my insecurity, but because of the progress I made during training, it was also nice mentally to start working out.

WHAT DID YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT THE COACHING?

I really liked that you learn how to perform the exercises properly and which muscles you train with which exercise. We also put together a good nutrition plan that I could stick to without to much trouble. It was also really nice that we could schedule the personal training classes flexibly.

HOW DO YOU FEEL SINCE STARTING WITH THE NUTRITION PLAN?

I feel way more confident because I have gained more muscles and weight, which makes me feel more comfortable in my own skin which also improves my mood.
