Who is the Viking Brothers Online Coaching for?
Our coaching is for men and women who are ready to break through their physical and mental limits. Whether you're a busy entrepreneur, an avid athlete who’s hit a plateau, or simply someone who wants to become stronger, fitter, and more disciplined, this program is for you.
What does the coaching exactly involve?
You’ll receive a customized training and nutrition plan tailored to your goals, body type, and lifestyle. Additionally, you’ll get personal guidance through check-ins and direct communication with us. No. We coach both beginners and experienced lifters. We build the plan according to your level and ensure that you grow, both physically and mentally.
How do you communicate during the program?
We stay in touch via WhatsApp and our own app. Every week, we have a check-in where we analyze your progress and adjust the plan. You can always reach out with any questions or if you encounter any challenges. How do you know if my technique is correct?
You can send us videos of your performance, and we’ll assess your technique as coaches. What if I have an injury or certain limitations?

Where can I follow personal training?
If you choose to go for physical personal training, you’ll train in our private gym in Heerlen.
How quickly will I see results?
