Lotte did it! She has lost 10 kg in twelve weeks time. During the process she became stronger and gained muscles mass, this resulted in a better shape. Jim created a full body training schedule and a tailor-made nutrition plan for her.

 

WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO JOIN THE VIKING'S GYM?

I wanted to get in better shape but I didn't know how to do this by myself. I also wanted someone to push me when I felt like giving up. That's why I contacted Jim.
