WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO JOIN THE VIKING'S GYM?

Where do I start, after a period of no training and no selfcontrol regarding tasty food... the scale reached 107 KG! I couldn't continue like this and I had to do something about it. My old lifestyle started to affect my health quite a bit. I asked Jim to help me with fat loss and building muscle and I can proudly say that I DEFINITELY succeeded.

WHAT DID YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT THE COACHING?

It hasn't always been easy, sometimes it was a mental battle, not with others but with myself. Still, I managed to achieve my goal. Eating well, listing my macro nutrients and calories every day in the food app and training hard. Why I persisted is because I know Jim had to do the same to reach his goal in his 40 kg weight loss journey, so he is also my example that motivates me. Thank you very much cousin for everything.

HOW DO YOU FEEL SINCE STARTING WITH THE NUTRITION PLAN?

My transformation has made me a lot happier, more confident and I feel a lot better because my health has improved. I have also gained more knowledge so that I can train independently without injuring myself
