WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO JOIN THE VIKING'S GYM?

Zelf ben ik al twee jaar bezig met afvallen en naar een gezond sterk lichaam toewerken met een bijpassende levensstijl. Met behulp van een andere coach ben ik al ver gekomen maar ik wilde onder begeleiding staan van iemand die mij nog verder kon pushen en mij meer kennis kon geven met betrekking tot voeding. Bij Jim was ik aan het juiste adres.

WHAT DID YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT THE COACHING?

Being under Jim his guidance for twelve weeks gave me new insights in nutrition as training. The trainings sessions were really something else. I loved the different excercises and it's intensity. I've laughed alot during the workouts but I was also on the verge of crying every now and then. The nutritionplans were varied and more than adequate. I highly recommend the twelve week programme if you want to take yourself to the next level

HOW DO YOU FEEL SINCE STARTING WITH THE NUTRITION PLAN?

Nu voel ik me zowel mentaal als fysiek sterk. Door de “afgemeten” voeding maak ik nog meer progressie en dat geeft veel zelfvertrouwen.
