WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO JOIN THE VIKING'S GYM?

I saw a promotion on social media and then a friend motivated me to get started. At the beginning I was not eager to begin because I didn't really feel like paying attention to my diet. But I really wanted to lose weight so I continued.

WHAT DID YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT THE COACHING?

I enjoyed getting a new nutrition plan every week! Also being able to tell what products I do not like. Because of this I had enough variety in every nutritionplan. I could easily contact Dylano if I wanted to ask him questions no matter the time, early in the morning as well as later at night.

HOW DO YOU FEEL SINCE STARTING WITH THE NUTRITION PLAN?

I feel great! Especially in my summer clothing. I’m really glad that Dylano learned me how to manage my nutrition so I am able to maintain my current weight or lose even more pounds.
