LIGHTER, FITTER AND STRONGER!
Before Prismeldy started her personal training program, she cooked healthy but did not pay attention to her kcal intake. Together with Aaron as her coach, she started a full body schedule that she followed for 4 months. The focus was initially on learning the right technique and getting into a routine. Besides the three personal training classes a week, she did not work out by herself. The nutrition plan immediately appealed to her and she was able to follow it without any changes until the end of her trajectory. Now she feels stronger, fitter and more energetic.
