LIGHTER, FITTER AND STRONGER!

Before Prismeldy started her personal training program, she cooked healthy but did not pay attention to her kcal intake. Together with Aaron as her coach, she started a full body schedule that she followed for 4 months. The focus was initially on learning the right technique and getting into a routine. Besides the three personal training classes a week, she did not work out by herself. The nutrition plan immediately appealed to her and she was able to follow it without any changes until the end of her trajectory. Now she feels stronger, fitter and more energetic.

WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO JOIN THE VIKING'S GYM?

After several diets and attempts to exercise, I started personal training in October. My goal was to lose weight, get fitter and get a toned body. Thanks to a friend I ended up at the Viking's Gym.

WHAT DID YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT THE COACHING?

During the intake with Aaron he explained to me what to expect and how we would work on my goals. The first month was hard for me, but I soon learned how to perform the exercises and how to watch my posture. By training and eating more consciously I have lost more than 25 kg and my body is back in shape. All exercises were clearly explained and the emphasis was on correct execution. Heavier weights came only after you mastered the exercise. Plus I really liked the open contact and flexibility of my trainer.

HOW DO YOU FEEL SINCE STARTING WITH YOUR NUTRITION PLAN?

I am way more comfortable in my own skin and proud of the results I achieved in a relatively short time. Seeing your body change has increased my motivation. I never thought I would get to this point with sports. Thanks to Aaron, I now have the confidence that I didn't have last year and also the motivation to continue exercising by myself. Aaron, thank you so much for your support, all your advice and of course all the fun conversations and training sessions!
