Zinho managed to achieve this great result by working hard in the gym and paying close attention to his diet. What did he get out of it? A very different mindset, a healthy and fit body and to top it off a completely different lifestyle! He had personal training twice a week and always trained by himself 6 days a week. He also participated in various challenges that were organized from the Viking Gym.

WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO JOIN THE VIKING'S GYM?

When I stopped playing football I gained a lot of weight, I did not feel comfortable with this and I wanted to change it. A good friend of mine told me to pay a visit to the Viking’s Gym, he told me that the gym is be a very fun and educational gym where everyone is ready to step in and help you when needed.

WHAT DID YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT THE COACHING?

I was clearly informed on what to expect from the program. Besides the training hours the guidance was very good, when I had questions I could always send a message or send a video to get feedback on my posture while performing an exercise. In this way I could train extra during the week with the same support from my trainer. I am also very satisfied with the knowledge I’ve gained regarding nutrition. Now I know exactly what to do if I want to lose even more weight or gain muscle mass. The schedule I got also made it very easy to vary the diet and swap out what you don't like.

HOW DO YOU FEEL SINCE STARTING WITH YOUR NUTRITION PLAN?

Changing my body made me feel like a completely different person. The biggest changes are that I feel much fitter and more vital. I also notice that I feel much better in my own skin because I have lost quite a few kilos and am therefore a lot happier.
