Group lessons

Our spinning classes are on monday, wednesday and friday from 9.30 till 10.30, join us! You will be pushed by our instructors; Peter and Jaques. We have got a total of 8 spinning bikes so be early!
Soon we will start a range of group lessons, challenges and bootcamp. Curious about our plans? Ask us about them at the gym, we'll gladly tell you about them.
