We hebben een aantal verschillende abonnementen voor Valhalla Cros-Lifting.
De verschillende abonnementen varieren van 8x per maand tot ongelimiteerd en kunnen gecombineerd worden met een Viking’s Gym abonnement!

Je kan ook een proefles of op elk moment een losse Cross-Lifting Training kopen voor maar €12,50.
Lessen
Fundamentals: de eerst vereiste lessen die nodig zijn om jou veilig aan het bewegen te krijgen.
Open Gym: een blok van 1,5 uur waar jij voor jezelf kan trainen
W.O.D.: “workout of the day” je gaat in groepsverband onder begeleiding van onze coach alle 10 aspecten van fit zijn trainen.
Kids: een blok van 1,5 uur waar kids vanaf 4 jaar in speelse wijs met functioneel bewegen bezig zijn.
